Terms and Conditions
STT has been running for over 4 years now and over time we have had to include some terms and conditions for membership in order for you to receive free sex toys. Without our sponsors we would not have so many free sex toys and services to offer our members so please observe our rules when joining as this will ensure our sponsors provide lots of free sex toys, free memberships to dating sites and much more...
We look forward to welcoming you as a new member.
Your Membership
- You must be over 18 to qualify to become a toy tester.
- You must live in the UK and testing is currently for UK only.
- Membership is available for 6 months or 12 months.
- SexToyTesters guarantee that you will receive a minimum of 4 items during a 12 month membership, or a minimum of two items during a six month membership,however most testers receive many more than this.
- STT will not offer an alternative product for testing if you don't like the one sent to you - this is why we have a detailed sign up form to ensure we send you things you will like.
- You must fill out our application form giving us some information about yourself including your preferences as we do not wish to send toys which will offend.
- Emails from STT may get filtered by your email junk mail filters due to the word 'sex'. Please configure your email to allow emails from us so we can tell you when a product is on its way to you.
- Only one tester per household.
Reviews Terms and Conditions
- When we send you an item for testing we will also send you an email to confirm this. If an item doesn't arrive, your membership is placed on a 'One more chance' status. If another item goes missing STT will not send any more products to this postal address. If the item arrives in the mean time and you submit your review, the 'One more chance' status will be removed from your membership. Try checking for lost products with the Postoffice or your neighbours before contacting STT.
- You will be sent a 'toy' for testing and need to fill out the online review form once you've thoroughly tested it.
- Questionaires must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- All reviews must be filled in with no vulgarity or expletives please, and must be detailed and well thought out.
- From time to time we are able to offer our members the chance to obtain free membership to dating sites in return for you submitting a review. If you are asked to test such sites you MUST submit your review within 14 days.
Failure to return a review to us menas that your membership will be temporarily suspended until we receive your review.
Cancellation of your membership.
- Failure to comply with our terms and conditions means you will be demoted back to civilian - no more toys for you!
- If you wish to cancel your membership to STT then you will need to send us an email. A £10 admin fee plus £3.50 postage and packing fee (for each item sent to you) will be charged against your membership fee. Refunds are available by Paypal transfer.
General Terms and Conditions
- In no event will sextoytesters be liable: for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier, for business losses and/or losses to non consumers.
