What was the item like in action?
Having eventually got the batteries in - had to resort to a pair of scissors to get the base off - not ideal if you have nails that snap! I was a liitle surprised at the noise - it's hardly discreet - I tried it when the kids were out! Running through the programmes it was nigh impossible to tell what number you wre on - the lights flash so fast you can't count them - though the feel was the best way to gauge where you were. The pulsating programmes were great, far more effective than the steady buzz, but it was still a little hard for me. Don't know how they expect you to sit on it, that just set your bones vibrating, but sitting with your legs under you was by far the best. The idea of trying to hold it against the wall was also a little far fetched. Having said that, it is certainly a fun item, you can't help but laugh whilst you are experimenting, and it definately got better the more you used it! Hubby also liked the vibrations as you can have penetrative sex whilst positioning it near your arse, but it wasn't easy to keep it in place, particularly once covered inlube - being round you can't get a grip on it! Good fun, but I think the novelty will wear off once you've tried all the positions. However it gives a great back massage after all is done, just lie it on your spine and it does the job!

Did the item make you feel sexy?
Initially it has to be the most unsexy item I've seen in a while - it didn't feel particularly tactile and seemed more of a 'show' item than personal use. Hubby loved to watch as you can lose yourself completely in the buzz, but it worked best on the floor which meant the lounge was the most convenient - though not very private! Being larger it definately hits all the right spots, and the pulsating programmes mean you don't have to adjust it once in the right position - just getting to the position was the hard bit

What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
Hubby thought it was great, as the greatest comfort seemed to be siitting upright, it gave a great show (if you're an exhibitionist), if you want to use it in private it's possibly not the best. I got more used to the feel the more it is used, but found myself resorting to any easier position for comfort rather than struggling to hang onto it.

I'm not sure the Cone is worth the money - it has a high price tag, and is probably for the more experienced or exhibitionist user. I had wanted one since I saw it launched, but am not sure I could justify the money - also it was very noisy, until you got your weoight on it, so anyone in the house would hear what you were up to, having said that, it was more versatile that your average dildo so I shall enjoy it for some time. Takes up quite alot of room in the bedside drawer, though it intersting enough to leave out and wait for the reaction!!

How could this item be improved upon?
If you can reduce the noise it would be easier to use in private. How about a strap, or handle on the base so that you can actually hold it against you rather than having to use body weight to keep it in contact. A moulded finger grip indentation would be the easiest to keep clean, and your partner would be able to hold it without it slipping so much. Still love it!

Would you recomend this item to a friend?
Yes, but only if they had tried more traditional dildo's first - its not the easiest to position

Do you have any hot tips for useage with this item?
It's difficult to hold against you, so most of the time you sit or lie on it. The most confortable was to kneel back on your heels, and then lower yourself - the hotter you got the heavier you sit. Has it a week and can't sit all the way down yet. Don't try too much on the first attempt - you feel like you've been on a cycle ride the follwing morning! The vibes are better with lube, but put a towel or something on the floor as the shape means it all flows down - sex shouldn't finish with carpet cleaning!! unless that's your thing. It does work as a fantastic body massager on shoulders and spine - dry of course

What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
I was very excited that the first toy I was sent was the cone. I had read previous reviews on this site about the cone and couldn't wait to get it out and have a go! I did have to scrat around the house for the right sized batteries and luckily enough found some. It does look quite large and is very heavy, but the feel of the cone is very soft rubber and certainly doesn't look like your normal run of the mill sex toy! Alot of sex toys can look rather scary, this product was not at all like that visually.
