What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
I thought that it looked quite boring at first and felt that it would be just another vibrator. I couldnt understand what the ridges were going to be useful for. I didnt like the pink colour, not very sexy looking, just girly.
What was the item like in action?
The Swirl was GREAT! Definately all action and very versatile. It was used everywhere on both of us to great effect. We must have had at least an hour of foreplay just with the Swirl. It was AWESOME.

What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
Our first impressions were that this was something that had been properly designed. From the perspectives of looks and functionality this one looked like it would hit the spot. The packaging was fine if a little basic with very unclear instructions on which way round to put the batteries..but then there were only 3 possible combinations so that was hardly a show-stopper. It’s well made and surprisingly heavy the first time you pick it up. It’s supposed to be made from a ‘realistic’ feeling material, when dry this is hard to believe but get it lubed up and it is very interesting to the touch.
What was the item like in action?
One of the simplest and best features of this one is the ‘scroll’ wheel control. Once things start getting slippery most vibes are a devil to adjust, with this one you can easily do it with one finger - whatever the state you’re in! The vibrations are strong and smooth and the shaft has just the right amount of flex vs. stiffness. We particularly appreciated the textured surface (the ‘swirls’) once you start getting more active with the vibe it gives some very good stimulation.

Oh yes, whilst it’s fun to tease this vibe likes to be used to satisfy ... and that it did. The fully waterproof design means you can use it anywhere and the size, weight and design of it mean it’s very easy to handle.

Someone has thought long and hard about this one when making it. Good materials, excellent ergonomics and some nice features. Nothing too fancy but a modern, quality product that does what it promises.
How could this item be improved upon?
A slight flaring of the base might help a little for the more ‘accommodating’ of women. We’d also have preferred some more ‘pulse’ modes of vibration but maybe that would be just ‘gilding the lily’. I guess the only real improvement would be the colour. We received one that was a rather insipid pink (not sure if it comes in other colours), this toy really deserves some stronger modern colours to go with it’s otherwise great design.
