What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
Never tried love beads before, so really unsure what to expect. My first thought was that stuff (you know the stuff i mean) would get lodged in the holes where the string goes through the beads. I worried i wouldn't be able to clean them adequately. Also string may be absorbent, which would also make them had to keep hygenically clean. But despite this still keen to try them, once at least.
When i showed them to my boyfriend the first thing he mentioned was that it didn't seem like the kind of thing you could easily wash and re-use. He was as worried over hygiene as i was. However he was keen to try then, once at least.
What was the item like in action?
my boyfriend decided to use the beads. initially i tried to insert them for him but they kept popping out as fast as i ciould pop them in. In the end he put them in himself. He found this quite uncomfortable. The string protruding from the first bead scratced him a little and so he was a bit sore. I began to pull them out for him when he climaxed but he asked me to stop, as he was in pain. The scratch he got putting them in spoiled the experience.

a moulded string of beads would be far more hygenic/easy to clean

watch out for sharp edges on the end of the string
