What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
The item comes in a tube, contained in a small cardboard box, which to me has quite a tacky look, i think they could have done better with the presentation. All the creams and gels that i have seen have sounded a bit iffy to me, i was thinking "i bet this doesnt work". When you open the tube you get quite a strong cherry-ish smell. When i showed the product to my girlfriend she was very happy as it was something that we were looking to buy ourselves. We thought it would help out with the anal penetration pains. It did.
What was the item like in action?
The gel starts off pretty thick and sticky, but once it has been used for a short while it turns very runny which makes it a good lubricant, after you have finished using it, it does turn a little bit sticky again, which isn't too nice. The overall effect of this gel is outstanding, it does exactly what it says it will do. It numbs the area very well indeed. My girlfriend found anal penetration too sore before but with this gel she says she can't feel the pain that was there before.
Did this item make you feel sexy?
Before we had this gel my girfriend and i agreed to leave anal sex until we found a way to make it not hurt as much, as i stated before we were going to buy this product ourselves and see if it would help us out, when we recieved this product from STT we couldn't wait to test it out. With the gel my girlfrend was confident that everything was going to be pain free and very enjoyable. She loves the product as it allows her to do things that, before, were not possible. It has helped her get over the fears of anal sex which has gave us a whole lot more of fun things we can do when it comes to love making.
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
When i showed the product to my girlfriend she was very happy as it was something that she really wanted. I was looking to buy it for her as i thought it would help out with her anal penetration pains. She asked me if we could try it out that night, so she definately thought it would do the trick.

As i have mentioned before this product was something that my girlfriend and i were both going to buy, she has been wanting something like this for months but has never actually bought any, i dont know why though? We are now able to endulge in the delights of anal sex and has gave us a lot of things that we can experiment with during our love making, no doubt my girlfriend will be keeping this to hand as she has used it every time we have made love since we got it, she loves it. It certainly has performed a lot better than i expected, my girlfriend is now wondering why she didnt buy it months ago. The only negative-ish thing i have to say, although its not to do with this product, just the desensitizing gels in general, is, be careful when using them as you wont be able to feel the pains you would normally feel without such a product, i.e. you wouldnt be able to feel that something was sharp before you cut yourself. That said there is nothing more negative i can say about this product. Anal-ese Desensitizing gel is water-based and is safe to use with condoms, it doesnt say that on the packaging but after a short internet search i discovered this.
How could this item be improved upon?
I feel that the packaging could have been more tastefully designed, although you dont have to keep the box once you have taken the tube out. The only thing i can think of that would have made this product better is to get rid of the slight stickiness after use.

Do you have any hot tips for useage with this item?
One tip that i found useful is, if you want to last A LOT longer during sex. squeeze a small amount into the head of the condom before you roll it on as this will numb the head of the penis which is the most sensitive part.
Also DO NOT squeeze the tube before you open it as this stuff refuses to stop coming out the tube if you do

well, slightly amused....we never realised such a thing exists!! so we were rather keen to try it. Nice little box, small tube.
What was the item like in action?
felt very like a standard lube, though we were careful not to touch any bits we wanted sensitive!!!
amazing tingling feeling as it numbed the area...we weren't sure just how effective it's numbing was...but no pain was experienced!!
Did the item make you feel sexy?
not really sexy...we were more concerned about nubing the wrong bits with any excess cream!!

we enjoyed experiementing with it...and it does taste slightly cherry!!!!

can't think of anything...like the ronseal ad, it does exactly what it says on the packet!!!
