What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - The look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
Being an owner of one of the Original Nexus devices, this was something that I was really looking forward to trying. The packaging is really nice - classy and discreet

I think that the best word to describe the item in action is "Wow!!"

the massager slid inside very easily, and gave a nice "full" feeling without feeling uncomfortable. This is a lot different to the original nexus, which never seemed to quite feel right - the new design, losing the "external handle" makes the device site a lot closer to your perineum, and so therefore feel a lot more "at home" once inside

How could this item be improved?
the only thing that I can think to improve this, is some way of preventing the device moving when the massager is activated. I found that the base of the massager was moving, taking away from the movement at the tip - this limited the positions I could be in whilst still feeling the full effect

absolutely - I was already a huge fan of the original nexus, but this is a whole level higher.
