What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
The rather wonderfully titled Liquid Sex comes packaged in a clear curvy bottle, designed to be easily held my slippy fingers.
The blurb uses words like sensitive, light and fragrance free and promises it won't irritate the skin which all sounds great.
Initial drawback is that nowhere on the bottle does it says whether it is safe to use with condoms.
What was the item like in action?
Despite saying that it is fragrance free and long lasting, Liquid Sex suffered from two major drawbacks in my eyes. Firstly it smells a lot like superglue (which is a little scary) and secondly the slipperiness doesn't last that long.
Liquid Sex has a slightly gloopy texture and sticky feeling which increases with use.
Did the item make you feel sexy?
Unfortunately Liquid Sex is a bit of a passion killer as you can't just apply it and forget about it. It needs to be regularly reapplied which can be annoying.
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
My partner was quite disappointed by this product. The packaging promises so much but it really fails to deliver. This lube starts out sticky and only gets worse.

I won't be using this again as there are a plethora of much better lubes on the market. A bad product in a nicely designed bottle. It does have a great name though!
How could this item be improved upon?
Needs to be much less gloopy. They need to follow up on what the packaging says and actually make it fragrance free. More info on the bottle as to whether it can be used with condoms would be good.

I wouldn't bother trying this, there are much better lubes out there so don't waste your money.

The package contained something hard with a strange shape- I was slightly disappointed when I found it contained a bottle of lube! The bottle was clear plastic, and contoured at the sides, giving it almost a wavy shape. Simple lable on the bottle. Looked forward to using it all the same although it didn't get my heart racing.
What was the item like in action?
Like heaven and hell in a bottle. The lube is very liquid, almost like thick water! It works extremely well and lasts for ages. The downside is that although it boasts of being unperfumed, it has an awful chemical smell.
Did the item make you feel sexy?
Not particularly. My hubby noticed the smell the minute he squirted the lube and commented on it, which meant it kind of spoiled the moment. It was hard to disagree with him though, as the chemical smell couldn't be ignored.
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
It made me want to wash it off the second we finished- the smell made me wonder how safe it was. Certainly didn't add to the enjoyment which was a pity, as it works very well.

As a lube it's great- which I suppose of course is the point-and certainly allows for a very smooth ride.
How could this item be improved upon?
Either lose the chemical smell or add a perfume to it-I can't see me using this again.

Put a clothes peg on your nose and then enjoy a silky smooth ride! Better for use on your own with a few favourite toys.
