What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
I was taken back by surprise when i opened my package up! It was huuge, I almost laughed. The front of the packaging had a little swab of the 'latex' used to make it showing you the soft feel of it.
It also has a little remote control included to control the vibrations either yourself or someone else. The other 'added feature' was that the life-like dildo included a set of balls on the end of it. It's main punchline was about how life-like it was, veins and all.
Although it was a bit daunting I definately felt like i was in for a good time.
What was the item like in action?
Good, it took 2AA batteries but wasn't very powerful and I was a bit dissapointed but the feel was definately good, soft enough to feel real and at the same time hard enough to really feel how big it is.
I did like the remote control feature, it made it very easy to control how high the vibrations were. it's also a dial as opposed to buttons.
Did the item make you feel sexy?
As far as sexy can go with something this big, in a way I felt like I was in some porno and if that makes you feel sexy then yes but at the same time the size i took made me feel a little unsexy.
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
Complete shock, I showed it to a partner and he not only felt outsized but also seemed a bit afraid of using it on me. However, when he was in control of the vibrator and watching me use it, he really liked it. Definately one to put on a show with.

This is I think for someone with specific requirements, it's not your average dildo like a rabbit say and i don't think by any means for someone who's never used one before or for a couple who want to introduce a toy into their sex life.
It is big which can be daunting but does do the job by far, very satisfying indeed!
It also comes in a black version.
How could this item be improved upon?
I think the vibrator needs to be stronger definately, i think that the vibrations are lost through the thickness of it. Apart from that the size is good and the true likeness, etc but I don't see how the balls could really be of any use to anyone.....
Would you recomend this item to a friend?
Perhaps if it was something specific she wanted then yes but as a general dildo/vibrator I think there would be others that would do the job better on a general basis. I think this item is a once in a while, maybe when you're drunk dildo.

Make sure you lube up first for sure and having your partner control the vibrator does make things much more exciting and unpredictable.

It felt really heavy and really huge, this both excited and worried me slightly. This impression is given partly due to the addition of testicles which the majority of other vibrators don't have. It feels good, firm and rigid but soft to touch (not just hard plastic.) Due to the material it's not cold, which is a plus. It vibrates with a handheld variable speed control that is attached with a wire that comes out of the base. It does look quite realistic and looks as if, with some lubricant, it would feel as real as a vibrator can to the real thing.
My first impressions are that it will be fantastic if a little on the large size (8.5 Inches by 2 inches. There are two things that let this product down. They are the smell, it smells really, really strongly of plastic, and its called Rockin' Rod. These two things aren't the end of the product though as the name can be ignored and the smell was the sort that I would assume washes off quite quickly as it's a 'new' smell.

This item is huge, for me it is just too big I felt uncomfortable using it due to the size. It has to be used with lubricant but for me it was still uncomfortable. The vibrations are controlled with a slide from off to fully on so you can have it how you like. The jel-lee material is brilliant on a vibrator and feels good but not very realistic. If it had been a smaller size it would have been fantastic for me but as the idea of the rockin rod is the large size of it making it smaller would lose the novelty and whole idea of it.
Did the item make you feel sexy?
No it just made me feel distinctly uncomfortable, this was due to the size and smell. This item didn't get me turned on although it looked a little realistic. If you like bigger vibrators then this would probably be excellent for you but the size didn't do anything for me.
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
Surprise, shock and disbelief at the size and feel of it, both for me and friends and boyfriend. It also provokes a want to try it out and to see if bigger is better.

This vibrator, to me, is incorrect as the shaft rises up and then bends down rather than up so to insert the vibrator you either have to be careful or turn it around so the testicles are on the top rather than underneath.
Also use lubricant as without it it's so big it's impossible to use.
Be careful when cleaning as the electrics are at the base and not secured against water.
How could this item be improved upon?
Change the name; remove the cheesiness of 'Rockin' Rod.'
Find a way to change the smell as it doesn't go away with washing.
Also make it waterproof to allow you to use it in the bath and to be able to wash it all easily as you need to use lube with it
Would you recomend this item to a friend?
Yes but only if they were specifically looking for a larger sized vibrator if not then I would recommend something else but probably still with a jel-lee material used as that is a really good element of this product.
Do you have any hot tips for usage with this item?
Put the vibrator between your legs while you are layed down with the testicles flat on the bed. Then grip the vibrator with your legs. This puts the pressure on you from your clit to your perineum.
How would you rate this item out of 5?
If you are looking for a large vibrator then this is probably as near to perfect as you can get so except for the smell which can be mainly covered by a flavoured lubricant and the name which can be ignored I would rate this 4.75. However don't buy this if you prefer a slightly smaller size as you cannot overcome this, I would rate it 1.5.
