I was quite excited by the product, as the packaging made it look very sexy. The female on the front appeared to be having a good time. However, I couldn't really tell from the packaging what the toy actually was. I assumed this would give me a very powerful orgasm.
What was the item like in action?
The packaging did not contain any instructions on how to use the product. This wouldn't normally be a problem, only this was a very complicated product to work out. I wondered what I was supposed to do. I guessed at a use in the end, although the fact that it didn't do much means I probably got it wrong! One huge problem was the battery connection. For some reason, as soon as I put the batteries in, it started up. Pressing the button to change the settings did nothing at all, and the only way I could turn it off was to take out the (boiling hot) batteries. Also, any sudden movement and the battery cut out.
Did the item make you feel sexy?
Reading through the 'instructions' six times to figure out what to do kind of dampened the mood, and butterflies aren't sexy anyway. Also, the strap on bit made me feel a bit silly (especially since I think I put it on wrong).
What reaction did the item acheive - personally to you or with other parties?
I showed this item to to my partner. He was not overly impressed by the design of the item, and had no further ideas on how to use it than me. We decided not to carry on with the item as it is too much hassle.

The battery definitely needs a rethink, the strap on is pointless, the design isn't sexy, and it didn't give me an orgasm. I will not be using the product again, and it hasn't taught me anything new about my sex life.

A total rethink is needed, from the design to the battery. The packaging was nice, but some clear instructions are needed. These could be worded in a sexy way. Oh, and the straps could be bigger and more flattering. They should also come attached, as attaching them was tricky.

When I opened the envelope and saw a bight pink, 3 inch, rubbery butterfly I couldn't help but laugh out loud. When I turned it over and saw the...what only can be described as...eight mini breasts I laughed louder.
The picture on the front shows a scantily clad woman but doesn't really enlighten you with regards to what the toy can do.
From the small size I wasn't really expecting much power, although the blurb does boast 5 variations of pulsating!
The strap on function promises hands free fun and I couldn't wait.
What was the item like in action?
What spoilt this item from the start is the complete lack of instructions.
The batteries are cased in a ring of printed paper, which I presumed was merely showing which way up the batteries go and removed. Once the batteries were in, the butterfly would vibrate intermittently and stop and then started to warm up alarmingly. My boyfriend then informed me that the paper was there to prevent the batteries from touching other metal parts and causing a short in the circuit!
The straps were difficult to attach and too tight and once on I was faced with another lack of instructions.
No matter how I tried I couldn't get the hands free pleasure that the packaging promised. The straps don't have enough tension where it counts so unless you remain lying down and perfectly still it doesn't stay.
However once you get rid of the straps and resign yourself to having use your hands, the Butterfly begins to impress.
The 5 levels of pulsation's really do pack a punch and those funny looking mini breasts stimulate the clitoris from all angles.

When we first got this item I was quite keen to try as I hadnt tested anything likethis before. At first i thought it was a strap on for me to use on someone else, rather than a strapped on stimulator.The packaging was good, the picture showed it in use.

We decided to use this item together and the passion was damped alittle by haveing to openthe packaging then connect the straps to the strap on. Once we had it strapped up, it would not stay in place and I had to hold it in place, so it was a big of a passion killer
