What was your first impression of the item sent to you? - the look and feel of it and your assumptions of how it was going to perform?
When i first opened the packaging i thought "what have we let ourselves in for" but once i was over the initial shock i had a proper look! The writing was a bit hard to read but you could see what was in store straight away. I thought that it would have been nice to have had the items in different colours!
