It was realistic in its appearance but I was immediately unsure of its functionality. The materials used to create the extension were pleasant to the touch.

we found it difficult to put on my husband and he said he found it uncomfortable once it was on his erect penis. The extension has a sleve which can be trimmed to size but I personally wouldnt bother. It wouldnt keep in the upright position and we found it impossible to have penetrative sex with it. This is something I would never consider. Im not sure how it would work for smaller sized penis' and perhaps in the dark it could be mistaken as a penis but to be truthful I would run a mile!
