How to get more from the Sex Toy Testing Programme
During the course of a years membership, SexToyTesters guarantee that you will receive a minimum of 4 items however most testers receive many more than this.
Here are some tips about how to get as many products as possible from Sex Toy Testers during your subscriptin:
- When you sign up to SexToyTesters you should tick as many
preferences of things you would like to test as at all possible. If, for example, you only tick vibes you will be limiting the amount of toys that can be sent to you.

STT works on a round robin principle, so you need to get your name back on the list ASAP to be sent more products. This means sending your reviews back quickly.

STT do not accept inadequate reviews. Inadequate reviews have less than 2 sentences per question, or they fail to respond to each question. In the case of inadequate reviews, time is wasted whist emails are sent back a forth to the tester asking for more information to be added to the review. This stops your name from immediately being re-added to the list to receive more products.

From time to time STT are offered unusual products for testing that the sign up form does not accommodate. We will then email all the testers with the subject line 'Would you like to test…' the first testers to reply will be sent the item. Make sure that your email account allows all SexToyTesters emails, and does not junk them, or you may miss out on more great items to test.
Emails are sent to say that a product is on its way to you. If you receive an email like this, but after a week you still haven't received your item. Check with your neighbours and the post office to see if your parcel is there and if it is not, email SexToyTesters on the contact form of the website. Items can not be re-sent, but your name can be quickly re-added to the list to receive more products.
When emailing with problems do not reply to the 'a product is on the way' notification email, because emails with the subject title are not considered urgent and are placed in the completed reviews folder and may not be looked at for a week or more. Thus extending the time that your name is not on the 'more products' list.
If you are moving house, email suie[@]sextoytesters.co.uk with you change of address and the date you are moving. Preventing products being sent to the wrong address, and saving time because the parcel does not have to be redelivered to your new address.
