Homemade Wooden Loveballs / Love eggs
Fun to wear all day, these give lovely internal sensations with movement, strengthening the pelvic floor muscles while you go about your normal day! Insert the love balls in the vagina (leaving the string hanging out of course!) and any movement of the body gives you a great pelvic floor workout.
To Make these wooden love balls you will need... 2 large wooden beads 32mm (you can buy these from craft shops), 4 small plastic beads that snugly fit inside the wholes of the wooden beads, a length of cord (a bathroom light pull cord is ideal) and you will need some olive oil. 
1: Make a knot in the end of the cord and then push the cord through the first wooden bead. (Please note that ALL knots need to be bigger than the holes in the small plastic beads. )
2: Slip a small plastic bead into the cord and push the bead all the way down the cord to the wooden bead. Force the plastic bead into the hole of the wooden bead so that it sticks fast inside. The knot will hold the wooden bead in place. Turn the wooden bead over and force a plastic bead into the other hole to Finnish off that end. 3: Push a plastic bead into one end of the second wooden ball, and then feed the cord through that bead and ball, pushing it up close to the second ball. Make a knot in the cord close to the top of the two beads. 4: Now push the final plastic bead down the cord and force it into the hole on the wooden bead. The beads should now have movement up and down the cord but are held in place by the knots. The thread or tail hanging out from the balls is the cord that you pull to retrieve the balls from the vagina. 5: Apply 3 coats of olive oil to the wooden balls. Leave a 'drying' time of around 6 hours. The olive oil soaks into the wood and makes the beads smooth and waterproof whilst also protecting the wood. After use the balls can be washed in warm soapy water and then give them a fresh coat of olive oil. |
